“Your Fat Friend” charts the rise of writer Aubrey Gordon from anonymous blogger to New York Times best-selling author and podcaster with a worldwide platform in intimate, humorous and unflinching detail. She aims to bring about a paradigm shift in the way that we view fat people and the fat on our bodies. It's brought her an ardent international audience as well as threats to her life. By far, her biggest challenge is getting her parents to hear her. We view the pain and triumph of trying to change a world and your family where you just don't fit.
